How can I find out more information about the products, customization,  or the ingredients you use?
You can send us an email to orders@bydarien.com. We'll be happy to answer it.
We custom make your order when we receive it and your payment has been processed. Your order will be shipped within two weeks at the very latest. If there are any delays in the process, we will inform you ahead of time.

How do I ensure that the colors I see on my computer screen will look the same as the makeup colors I order?
Computer monitors displays colors differently. If you have specific concerns about makeup colors, please email Customer Service at orders@bydarien.com so we can help you select colors that are right for you.

What if I am allergic to your product?
We have a sample program where you can request a sample of our products before purchasing. We highly recommend that you test it out on your jaw line before purchasing a full size product. Please be aware that there is a limit to the number of samples that you receive.

What is the product availability?
ALL of our products are made to order so we don't carry an inventory on any of our items. If there is a delay due to a lack of ingredients, we will let you know as soon as possible.

I keep ordering the same product. Why is it sometimes a different color, scent, or texture?
There are many reasons, but the primary one is that we use natural ingredients. They are not standardized and uniformly mass-produced the way artificial ones are. Ingredients that are farmed such as herbs are harvested at different times from various farms. Heat or cold conditions during shipping has a direct result in the consistency of a product, causing it to become thicker or thinner. The color or scent can also be affected by temperature.

What is the shelf life of your products?
We use natural preservatives so our products will have a shelf life of one year unopened. It varies, however, once you open it. Our products are sealed to prevent contamination and leakage. Small batches and quick shipment helps to ensure freshness. Most products should be used within a year for best results, especially if you choose a scented product.
Please note that temperature changes can affect the thickness and texture of the products. If the product separates, this does not affect or compromise the freshness or effectiveness of our product. You can restore the consistency by shaking and/or refrigerating the product. However, please do not keep our products in areas where there will be a long-term exposure to sunlight and/or heat because the resulting oxidation will affect the freshness.

I’ve noticed that some of your products separate. Is this a problem?
The four words you need to use: Shake Well Before Using. Our ingredients are natural so we don't use artificial emulsifiers in our products. Occasionally some separation will occur, especially with our bath products. If you see an oily or watery layer at the top of our product, it doesn't mean the product is spoiled. It also doesn't mean the product isn't as effective.

How long will I have to use one of your skin care lines before I can tell if it’s the right type for me? My skin looks worse now than when I started. What’s wrong?
The skin is our largest organ which regenerates itself in a continuous cycle every 21 to 28 days (about once a month). During this timeframe, your visible skin layers are completely exfoliated and new skin layers begin to surface. The 1st and 2nd week of using a new facial care regimen, your skin is detoxifying. This means you might appear blotchy or experience breakouts or mild acne, which is a normal process. It also means that your products are working because your skin is being properly cleaned. The 3rd and 4th weeks you will find a noticeable difference in your complexion where it will look balanced and visibly clearer.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, transfer, or share your contact information with any outside parties.

Do you recycle?
Yes. We deliberately chose bottles and tubes that are easily recyclable to reduce our carbon footprint. We also attempt to use as little packaging as possible in shipping our products.
