How do I place an order?
You can contact us by emailing your order to orders@bydarien.com or calling 804.677.9145 when you're ready.
We're getting our web store up and running. Send us your email address so we can update you once it's ready.

What happens during the order process?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will sometimes ask you additional questions about any allergies, medical conditions or medications that you might be taking to help us formulate our product.

How do I make changes to my order?
This has to be handled on a case by case basis dependent on whether we have started your order process. Please send us an email to orders@bydarien.com or call us at 804.677.9145.

Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect a 5% sales tax for the state of Virginia.

What days do you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states.

When should I expect my order?
Please give us up to two weeks to process your order so that we can custom make it for you. We will let you know when it ships. You will be provided with tracking information.

How can I return a product?
We will replace products that are damaged during the shipping process. We can't accept product returns if you change your mind since our products are custom-made.
